Hi, I’m Alicia—a certified teacher, educational technology specialist, long-time small business owner, and seasoned tech professional and technology trainer.
With a BA in Elementary Education & Sociology and an MAEd with a specialization in Curriculum and Technology, I’ve spent years making complex tech feel simple. I hold certifications in New York State as an Elementary Educator, Educational Technology Specialist, and Computer Science Teacher.
But I’m not just an educator—I’ve also walked the path of a small business owner. Since 2005, I’ve worked as a virtual assistant, website designer, marketing/advertising consultant, and website security service provider, helping clients grow (and secure) their brands online. Additionally, since 2020, I’ve served as the Director of Technology for a small rural school district, leading innovation and supporting digital (plus full remote and remote hybrid) learning for hundreds of students and staff.
My passion is making technology accessible, understandable, and actually useful for everyday people. Whether you need help managing a website, automating tasks, or building confidence with digital tools, I’m here to help you succeed.
